Welcome to Famaka.com Please feel free to look around, but if you have any questions we would be glad to help.
We specialize in customizing Barbies (Model Muse, Silkstone, and Collector Edition), as well as Fashion Royalty (Tall FR, 1st Edition, Nu Face, and Hommes). If you would like to know more about us click here.
We work, and create our OOAK dolls by repainting & re-rooting them using the highest quality materials. We have worked on a variety of dolls; Barbies: Model Muse, Silkstone, CE, Fashion Roaylty: Hommes, Nu Face. Swing by our Doll Gallery to view all of our work, and check out our Customization Rates if you are interested in sending your doll(s) to our spa. If you do not have a doll, but would like to purchase one swing by our Sale Page to see what we have to offer.
We also have a Fashion Page where you can stock up on clothing or find Jewelry for your dolls.
Payment plans are available for purchases over $100.00. Or to make other arrangements send us an email to famaka@live.com.
How to Order
Send us an email to famaka@live.com with the following:
1. Your Name.
2. Item Number(s).
3. Your doll preference whether it's Barbie (Model Muse, Silkstone, or Collector Edition) or Fashion Royalty.
4. If you'd prefer a different color hair for any reroot, or a different makeup combo we will do our best to fit your request.
(Shipping, and Insurance NOT included in our prices)
We are no longer accepting packages shipped (and we will not ship out) using FedEx due to several bad shipping experiences with their service.
Please note: We cannot ship on weekends (Sat. & Sun.) because our post office is closed on those days.
Policies
Please Note: Product will NOT leave Famaka unless it is paid in full, and the customer is satisfied (we will keep in touch with you through e-mails, and pictures).
*We require a payment or partial payment to be made before anything is worked on or is ordered (unless special arrangements have been made)*
Due to the number of orders we have a New Time/Order Policy:
Please allow 1-8 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped (depending on how big the order is, and how booked we are).
Refunds: No Refunds are available. If product is defective we will be glad to replace it. But if the product is damaged due to mishandling we will not be held responsible.
